Lean On USA, Inc. currently ships within the United States. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Lean On USA, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lean On USA, Inc. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lean On USA, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@getleanon.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, products will automatically ship according to the subscription schedule selected at checkout.

Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions prior to the next billing date through their account portal or by contacting customer support.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion.
